Here at the Shop & Enroll blog, we’re big fans of how the internet has made it so easy to enjoy guided workouts. No matter your fitness level or budget, it’s simple to find a workout video that’s perfect for you, especially on YouTube. This platform has made it easier to get in shape than ever before, and getting in shape can be beneficial in many facets of your life.

The topic of YouTube Fitness Channels may seem familiar to regular readers — that’s because we’ve written about it before! We found so many great YouTube fitness channels while researching for our Top 5 YouTube Fitness Channels article that we just had to make a second post with more awesome fitness vloggers. Previously, we focused on general health and fitness channels. Today, we’re branching out a bit. You’ll find a healthy mix of fitness, yoga, and step aerobics channels that all bring their own approaches to healthy living!

Example: Yoga for Complete Beginners – 20 Minute Home Yoga Workout!

When it comes to YouTube yoga channels, look no further than Yoga with Adriene. You could be a first-time yogi or an experienced one wanting something new. Either way, you’ll find a video worthwhile with Adriene. With weekly yoga instructional videos, she’s pulled in more than 1 billion views!

Two of the reasons why we think Adriene’s channel has become so popular are her videos’ welcoming tone and the sheer amount of content that’s available. With more than 400 videos of varying levels of difficulty and focus, there’s bound to be something for everyone. Don’t miss out on the channel’s yoga journeys, especially the currently running Yoga For All journey.

Note: Yoga is an especially valuable form of exercise for people with arthritis since it’s low-impact and promotes flexibility!

The Body Coach TV

Subscribers: 2.77 million

Example: Low Impact Home HIIT Workout (Easy On The Knees) | The Body Coach

The Body Coach TV is a fitness channel hosted by UK fitness coach Joe Wicks. Whether you’re searching for intense workouts, beginner workouts, exercises with equipment or without it, The Body Coach TV has it all. Posting new content multiple times each week, The Body Coach TV offers a mix of exercise routines, inspiring stories, and even cooking videos. The channel’s bread-and-butter videos, though, are its high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout videos.

HIIT workouts are a great way to get fit, even if you have a tight schedule. If you’ve got a competitive streak, you’ll really like a newer feature the Body Coach TV has been doing called Beat the Body Coach. You can aim to beat the Body Coach’s completion time or the number of reps he does. Regardless, this unique challenge can push you to the next level.

Most of Jessica’s videos seem to be at the right intensity for the average senior. You might break a sweat, but you shouldn’t be pushed too hard.

One thing that really stuck out to us about this channel the multitude of walking videos it has. Between the 1 Mile Walk n’ Talk Series or the Walking Workouts, Jessica Smith TV embraces walking as a great low-impact exercise routine. She’s also always careful to reiterate the importance of taking exercises at your own pace. If you like her style, check out her series of professionally produced videos called Walk On with Jessica Smith.

Her workouts don’t seem intimidating to the extent of where you’ll be scared of trying them. Instead, they’re deceptively effective at getting you to work hard!

Two of our favorite series of hers are Step Across America and March Across America. Around her channel, you’ll find exercise videos at some of the United States’ most recognizable locations.
