HASfit is a smaller, but dedicated channel, with nealy 1.4 million subscribers, but over 1,500 workout videos. In a decade of making videos, the HASfit team has racked up over 187 million views.
The workout list geared toward helping seniors and those with limited mobility is great. There’s no shame in limited mobility, as age affects us each differently. In these cases, a workout focusing on getting your fitness journey started are great.

Much like HASfit, LiveExercise is an underrated channel for the quality of work they’ve put in. LiveExercise has high production values, talented instructors, and a variety of videos. They even have a series with former NFL star Terrell Owens.
The channel’s fantastic Launchpad series is where LiveExercise shines. It’s a series of videos for the elderly, obese, and mobility-impaired. Launchpad is lighthearted, and the instructors are a joy to follow.
Another benefit of the series is that it requires very little equipment. Most videos only require your chair, light dumbbells, and a couch pillow. Once you’ve completed the playlist linked above, you’re ready for the full Launchpad Project playlist. This playlist focuses less on seated exercises and more traditional strength and cardio.
